FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When does the next Copilot Studio live training start?

The dates for the next batch haven’t been fixed yet. Join the waitlist with your name, email and WhatsApp number, and we’ll tell you the dates as soon as they’re confirmed, before we announce them anywhere else.

What are the class timings?

The sessions run Monday to Friday, 6:00-8:30 PM IST, which is 7:30-10:00 AM EST in the US. During US daylight saving time (from March to early November) the same class is 8:30-11:00 AM EDT. We confirm the exact dates and times in the waitlist email.

Is the training live or recorded?

It’s live online. You build the agent alongside Bijay and ask questions as you go. Every session is also recorded, so you can rewatch it later or catch up if you miss an evening.

Do I need coding or Power Automate experience?

No. Everything is built in the browser, and Day 3 starts with Power Automate basics (triggers, actions, connections, inputs and outputs) before you connect your first flow to the agent.

Do I need a Copilot Studio license?

You need a Microsoft 365 work or school account and access to Copilot Studio, either through a license or the free trial. Microsoft’s trial lets you build and test agents but not publish them, so trial users follow the Day 5 publishing steps in Bijay’s live demo. We send setup steps before Day 1.

What do I get after the training?

You get the session recordings, a certificate of completion, access to the self-paced Copilot Studio course on SPGuides Academy, and the finished agent with the test and handover checklists you built during the week.

How is this different from the one-to-one Copilot Studio training?

This live training is a group batch: five 2.5-hour evening sessions on fixed dates. The one-to-one training is private, runs on dates you choose, and is tailored to your own scenario.

Can I train my whole team?

Yes. For a private batch for your organization, with your own dates and examples, see our corporate training page or send us your requirements, and we’ll plan it with you.
