You do not have permissions to access a SharePoint list that contains data required for this form to function correctly
Let me explain to you when actually I got the error. We had a production site which was live, we wanted to create a development site with structure from the production site. For that reason, we used a 3rd party tool to migrate the structure from production to development.
Few lists were customized using InfoPath which contains some data connections “GetUserProfileByName”. By using the data connections, we were pulling the current logged in username and put into the field.
Then we saw that the user profile is not properly configured in the development environment. When we fixed the issue the form did not give any warning message, the InfoPath form works as expected.
