  • It will redirect to the Add list of users page, where we can add up to 249 users. Temporary passwords are assigned to all users.
  • Initially, the page will display to add the user’s first name, last name, Username, and domain. Also, it allows adding more users and removing users from the list by Add row and Remove row options.

  • Here, I am going to add 4 users at once by inserting their first name, last name, and user name. Make sure not to insert duplicate values into the fields.

  • Click on the Next.
  • Set the Location (from the dropdown), and assign the licenses. (or we can skip them by not assigning licenses)

  • Finally, it will redirect to the final page i.e., Finish.
  • On that screen, click on Add Users.

  • Next, it will display the preview of those users that we have added with their display names, temporary passwords, usernames, and assigned licenses. Also, it will send information via a specified email.
  • Click on the Close.

  • Go to Users > Active Users.

  • If you use the sample CSV file, open it in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel, Notepad++, etc. Add the user’s details as per the sample or CSV headers.

  • Click on Browse, and select the above CSV from the local system.

  • Click on Next. It will redirect to the License page where we need to select the Location and assign licenses. We can also choose another option if we do not want to assign any licenses.
