Product Features:

How It Works:

Power Automate: Create Multiple Sites in SharePoint Online from Excel
We built a scheduled Power Automate cloud flow that runs daily and creates SharePoint sites in bulk from an Excel file.
It Supports:
✅ Communication sites
✅ Group-connected Team sites
✅ Non-group Team sites
Users enter site details like Title, Owner, Site Type, and Storage limit in Excel. When the flow runs, it reads the data and checks the site type and storage value.
If the storage limit exceeds 50 GB, an approval is sent to the SharePoint Admin. Once approved, the site is created, members are added, and storage is set. If rejected, the requester gets a rejection message.

Power Automate Multi-level Approvals [Digital Purchase Order]
Download this app to learn how an automated Power Automate cloud flow works for purchase order requests using a SharePoint form. Users submit a purchase request by filling out the form with the following columns:
💠 Employee ID (Default Title column)
